You Are Booking: The Paranormal Investigation Event

The premium, hands-on ghost hunting experience.

Summary of Your Experience: You are securing your spot with a small and exclusive group of guests to interact with a paranormal investigator and commonly seen paranormal tools.  This will take place at haunted locations and will consist of brief investigation sessions both outdoors and indoors.  


Your Checklist:

✅ Duration: Plan for a full 3 to 3 1/2 hours of investigation.

✅ Group Size: Strict limit of 6 guests to ensure an intimate experience.

✅ Meeting Point: Brin Opera House Lobby (102 E Moore Ave, Terrell, TX)  You will see the circus mural where the side parking is.



Refunds:  Tickets are non-refundable for no-shows due to the event's limited nature. However, rescheduling or refunds may be available with a 24-hour notice. Groups of six or more must provide 48 hours notice.

✅ Payment Options: Pay in full today, place a non-refundable deposit of $22.50, or use one of our Buy Now Pay Later options.


Reservation Price:   

$30 for groups of 6 or more, 

$35 for reservations placed 1 week prior to tour date,

$45 for tickets scheduled the week of the event.

Tickets cannot be purchased online less than 2 hours before the tour begins. To book a spot after this time, please call us at 972-546-7536 to check availability.
